First time taking my classic Volvo here after giving up with approved service centre when the "steering rack fell out" changing a strut. Really impressed with Old Mill, knowledgeable and staff friendly, helpful + go the extra mile, I'll be back with my car. It's a relief when I find a trusworthy place formy car without having to go to manufacturer service centre. Old Mill MOT'd my baby then diagnosed + fully explained issues with suspension that mirror handling issues I'm having. Problem with a classic is parts, I know how hard they are to source for my car, I've even had to have parts built to order before + import from US. Shannen put in a lot of time trying to source all the different parts, time I wasn't invoiced for. When couldn't source everything I wasn't surprised, actually expected that but Shannen explained everything to me + even gave me a detailed schematic and list of all the OEM part numbers so I can hopefully source from US what we can't get in UK. Without the information I wouldn't know what to look for. This extra effort is much appreciated, I trust them with my baby. I have a sentimental attachment to the car and they understood that, going the extra mile. Highly recommend ❤️

Very impressed with my recent MOT & Full service experience.
I had booked through AA Smart Care which I've not used before and the friendly staff explained the process with using a third party along with providing a clear time frame for the works.
I will definitely be returning for the advisories later in the year.
